Frequently Asked Questions What documents are required? When is the cargo available? What sort of products require quarantine?
What documents are required? For general shipments, documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list certificate and packing declaration certificate are usually required. For more complicated shipments other documents such as manufacture declarations, health certificate, country of origin certificate and/or sanitary certificate may be required.
When is the cargo available? When the shipment has arrived and as soon as the cargo has been checked in, the cargo will be available. However the cargo will still be held under quarantine and customs until the cargo has been cleared through customs. This is the stage where we also step in to help you clear the shipment so that it is ready for retrieval.
What sort of products require quarantine? There are many products including food products, furniture, earth and stone that require quarantine intervention.
